Cheesy Muffins

Topsy's Cheesy Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mature Cheddar, grated

  • 1 cup Flour

  • 1 cup Milk

  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 heaped tbsp Baking Powder

Method

  1. Grease muffin tins (large holes to keep moist)

  2. Heat oven to 230°C

  3. Mix all ingredients together and place in muffin tins

  4. Dust with a pinch more Cayenne Pepper

  5. Bake for 10 minutes
