Chocolate Puddings

Ingredients
  • 100g Butter

  • 100g Dark Chocolate

  • 2 large Eggs

  • 100g Castor Sugar

  • 20g Flour

Method
  1. Melt the butter & chocolate together

  2. Pour over the eggs, castor sugar & flour

  3. Whisk until light & fluffy

  4. Cook at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes in buttered ramekins

  5. Sprinkle with castor sugar before serving with cream
