Chocolate Puddings

Ingredients
100g Butter
100g Dark Chocolate
2 large Eggs
100g Castor Sugar
20g Flour
Method
Melt the butter & chocolate together
Pour over the eggs, castor sugar & flour
Whisk until light & fluffy
Cook at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes in buttered ramekins
Sprinkle with castor sugar before serving with cream
