Mint Sauce
from Grandpa's kitchen

Ingredients
3 tbsp finely chopped Mint
½ tbsp Caster Sugar
2 tbsp boiling Water
2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
Salt
Method
Stir Mint, Sugar and Water together until sugar is dissolved
Stir in Vinegar and Salt to taste
