Mint Sauce

from Grandpa's kitchen

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped Mint

  • ½ tbsp Caster Sugar

  • 2 tbsp boiling Water

  • 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar

  • Salt

Method
  1. Stir Mint, Sugar and Water together until sugar is dissolved

  2. Stir in Vinegar and Salt to taste
