Ainsley's Iced Cafe Latte Cups

Ingredients
2 shots of Espresso
4 tbsp Sugar
1 tin (380ml) Evaporated Milk
250ml Cream
Method
Dissolve sugar in hot coffee
Whisk in milk & cream
Pour into cups
Put a few coffee beans on top
Put in freezer for 3 hours+
Put in fridge 1 hour before serving
