Apple Crisp

Ingredients
Topping

  • 250g Flour

  • 350g Dark Brown Sugar

  • 100g Rolled Oats

  • 250g Butter, melted


Filling

  • 300g Sugar

  • 70g Flour

  • 1 tsp ground Cinnamon

  • 2 good pinches ground Cloves

  • 10 Apples, cored and chopped

Method
  1. Combine filling ingredients, mix well and place into a 25cm pie dish.

  2. Combine topping ingredients, mix well and evenly distribute over pie.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 190C
