Apple Crisp
from Sally's kitchen

Ingredients
Topping
250g Flour
350g Dark Brown Sugar
100g Rolled Oats
250g Butter, melted
Filling
300g Sugar
70g Flour
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
2 good pinches ground Cloves
10 Apples, cored and chopped
Method
Combine filling ingredients, mix well and place into a 25cm pie dish.
Combine topping ingredients, mix well and evenly distribute over pie.
Bake for 30 minutes at 190C
