Asian Pork Marinade

Our go-to quick marinade that is ideal for pork neck steaks on the braai or in a pan
Ingredients
Juice of a quarter Lime or Lemon
2 Tbsp Light Soy
2 Tbsp Dark Soy
3 - 4 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp MSG
1 - 5 Chillies, sliced
2 - 4 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp grated Ginger
0.25 tsp Chinese Five Spice
1 tsp home-made Chilli Sauce (optional, but our apple chilli sauce is a great addition)
Method
Mix everything together and marinade meat overnight.
Braai over hot charcoal.
Use the remaining marinade to baste the meat whenever you turn it.
