Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
450g Emmental
900g Gruyere
340g Appenzeller
1 bottle dry white Wine
4 tbsp Kirsch
2 tbsp Cornflour & water
2 tsp fresh Lemon Juice
Black Pepper
Nutmeg
Method
Grate all cheeses into saucepan
Add other ingredients and warm gently whilst stirring
