Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
  • 450g Emmental

  • 900g Gruyere

  • 340g Appenzeller

  • 1 bottle dry white Wine

  • 4 tbsp Kirsch

  • 2 tbsp Cornflour & water

  • 2 tsp fresh Lemon Juice

  • Black Pepper

  • Nutmeg

Method
  1. Grate all cheeses into saucepan

  2. Add other ingredients and warm gently whilst stirring
