Crispy Fried Fish with Chilli Dipping Sauce

Note! Before you start, first prepare the Chilli Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
Any meaty fish cut into strips (Whiting, Kingklip etc)
Batter
1 bottle cold Lager
½ bottle iced Water
Pinch of Salt
½ tsp Baking Powder
Self-raising Flour
Method
Whisk together lager, water, salt & baking powder
Gradually whisk in flour until the consistency of crepe batter
Coat fish with mixture
Deep fry at about 180°C
