Fish with Herbs and Parmesan
from Antoinette's kitchen

Ingredients
4 fillets of Fish
Olive Oil
¼ cup grated Parmesan
¼ cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Spring Onions, chopped
¼ cup dry Breadcrumbs
1 tsp dried Basil
1 tsp dried Oregano
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
Method
Place fish on foil lined baking sheet and brush with oil
Combine cheese, mayo and onions and spread over fish
Combine breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients sprinkle evenly over fish
Drizzle with more oil
Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes
