Ingredients

  • Pork fillet, cut into strips

  • Onion

  • White Wine

  • Cream

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Corn Flour

  • Parsley

  • Mushrooms

Method

  1. Brown meat and remove from pan

  2. Fry onion until translucent

  3. Return meat to pan and add other ingredients

  4. Serve with spätzle
