Hot Chocolate Sauce for Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp boiling Water

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa

  • 2 tbsp Icing Sugar

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 2 tbsp Golden Sugar

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bain marie and heat thoroughly
