Kei Apple Glaze

Interesting glaze for pork chops (if you can get hold of them)
Ingredients
400g Kei Apples (chopped roughly, skins, pips and all)
200g Sugar
0.25 tsp Salt
Method
Put everything together in a pot and bring to the boil.
Simmer until desired consistency is reached.
Push through a sieve and bottle in sterilised jars.
Notes
Brush directly onto pork chops towards the end of your cook. If cooking in a pan, add some butter or cream afterwards to make a lovely sauce with the pan juices.
