Mielie Bread

Ingredients
1 cup mielies
1½ cups Buttermilk
¼ cup Olive Oil
¼ cup Sugar
1¼ cups Wholewheat Flour
¼ tsp Salt
1½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda (Bi-carb)
1 Egg
Method
Mix everything together.
Distribute into a muffin tin.
Bake at 200°C for about 15 minutes, depending on size of muffin tin.
