Sally's Green Tomato Chutney

Ingredients
  • 450g Apples

  • 675g Onions

  • 225g Chillies

  • 1.8kg Green Tomatoes

  • 1.35kg Sugar

  • 2 tsp Salt

  • 470ml Vinegar

Method
  1. Mince together apples, onions, chillies and tomatoes and cook until tender

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and boil until thick

  3. Bottle and enjoy
