Sally's Green Tomato Chutney
from Sally's kitchen at Norseland Farm

Ingredients
450g Apples
675g Onions
225g Chillies
1.8kg Green Tomatoes
1.35kg Sugar
2 tsp Salt
470ml Vinegar
Method
Mince together apples, onions, chillies and tomatoes and cook until tender
Add the rest of the ingredients and boil until thick
Bottle and enjoy
