Sauce for anything

Ingredients
  • Bacon fat or dripping

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 red Red Chilli, finely sliced

  • 1 tsp grated Ginger

  • 4 Spring onions

  • Black pepper

  • 1 tbsp Soy

  • 0.5 tbsp Oyster Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Honey

Method
  1. Fry the garlic, chilli & ginger in the bacon fat or dripping until soft

  2. Add remaining ingredients, stir and remove from heat

  3. Pour over anything
