from Omi's kitchen

Ingredients
2 kg cucumbers, peeled
¾ litre Malt Vinegar
¾ litre Water
250g Sugar
50g Salt
2 Onions, sliced
2 tsp Horse Radish
1 bunch of Dill
1 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp Pepper corns
Method
De-seed cucumbers and cut into 2cm pieces
Heat together vinegar, water, sugar & salt
Add cucumbers and bring to boil
Add other ingredients evenly to preserving jars
Pour in cucumber mixture
Notes
About 15 big cucumbers will fill our big pot
