Sweet & Sour Bean Salad

Ingredients
  • 400g tin of sliced Beans (drained)

  • 400g tin of Butter Beans (drained)

  • 400g tin of Baked Beans

  • 1 Green Pepper (chopped)

  • 1 Onion (chopped)

  • 75g Sultanas

  • 80g Brown Sugar

  • 125ml Oil

  • 125ml Vinegar

Method
  1. Mix beans, green pepper, onions and sultanas together

  2. Heat sugar, oil and vinegar until sugar has melted

  3. Cool and pour over beans

  4. Allow to marinade for at least 2 days
