Tree Tomato Jam

Rosie's Zimbo Tree Tomato Jam

Ingredients
  • Tree Tomatoes

  • Sugar

  • Water

Method
  1. Slice the tree tomatoes in half and place in a large pot just covered with water

  2. Boil until the fruit is tender (about ????)

  3. Sieve off the fruit and measure the remaining liquid

  4. Add equal sugar, by volume, to water

  5. Chuck everything back into the pot and boil until it has suitably thickened

  6. Bottle in sterilised jars
